About Pav Bhaji Recipe

Its an all time favourite receipe.

Pav Bhaji

Ingredients to make Pav Bhaji

  • carrot - 1/2chopped
  • capsicum - 1chopped
  • potato - 1
  • peas - 1/4cup
  • cauliflower - 1/2cup
  • onion - 1chopped
  • tomato - 1chopped
  • Red chillie powder - 1tablespoon
  • ginger/garlic paste - 1tablespoon
  • butter - 3tablespoon
  • Pav bhaji masala - 2tablespoon
  • salt - As per taste
  • water - 1/2cup

How to make Pav Bhaji

  1. In a pressure cooker add all the veggies and put 1/2cup water and pressure cook it.
  2. In a pan add butter add onion saute it for 3-4mins.
  3. Than add tomato,red chillie powder andpav bhaji masala.
  4. Lastly add salt and the mashed veggies.
  5. Cook it for some time than serve it.
