Til ghude gujhia

Ingredients to make Til ghude gujhia

  • 200gm white til ( shallow fry)
  • 150 gm gud make powder(til and gud mix up) for stuffing
  • 250 gm maida
  • Pinch salt
  • oil as need

How to make Til ghude gujhia

  1. Take a bowl put til powder and gud. mix up add Ilachi powder make nice stuffing... Keep aside.
  2. Take a another bowl put maida add salt put 1 tsp butter..pour water make soft dough. close lid 5 min.
  3. While time put kadai, pour oil for deep frying . take small ball for pori.
  4. Roll small poori and stuff til powder close it shape like Gujhia.
  5. Put in oil like as same all gujhias..fri golden color.. Garnish with Gujhia and rose petals..ready to serve gujhia
