Rajsthani Gatte ka Pickle

Ingredients to make Rajsthani Gatte ka Pickle

  • 1. Gatte (Boil karke pat dry kar le) 1 bowl
  • 2. mustard Oil 250 grm
  • 3. salt according to taste
  • 4. red chilli Powder 2tbsp
  • 5. coriander Powder 4tbsp
  • 6. saunf seed 1 tbsp
  • 7. hing 1/4 tbsp
  • 8. cumin seeds/jeera 1tbsp
  • 9. black rai dana 1/2 tbsp
  • 10. mango powder/Amchur 2tbsp
  • 11. turmeric Powder 1 tbsp
  • 12. shahi jeera 1/2 tbsp

How to make Rajsthani Gatte ka Pickle

  1. 1 Ek pan mein Oil garam kare ab isme sare spices mix kar de
  2. 2 Ek jaar mai boil gatto ko cut karke dale
  3. 3 Oil thoda thanda ho jaye toh use gatto ke upar dale
  4. 4 Oil totally chilled ho jaye toh jar ka muh band kar de or ise dhoop mai rakhe
  5. 5 After 4-5 days yeh pickle tayyar ho jata hai

My Tip:

Pickle ko oil mei dip rakhe jisse yeh kharab nahi hoga yeh pickle easly 4-5 months tak chal jata hai.
