About Mini suji idlis Recipe

Very tasty and nice best enjoyed by the kids

Mini suji idlis

Ingredients to make Mini suji idlis

  • for batter
  • 2 cups semolina or suji
  • half cup curd
  • salt to taste
  • water as needed
  • eno 2 packets
  • for chutney
  • a bunch of coriander
  • half bunch of mint
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tomatoe
  • 1 onion
  • for frying
  • 2 tbsp cooking
  • 1 tbsp sarso
  • half tbsp turmeric
  • 10 curry leaves

How to make Mini suji idlis

  1. take suji add curd , add salt, add water and keep aside for 30 minutes
  2. take half of it add eno mix and set in the idli stand
  3. take a pan add water heat and add the idli stand filled with the batter and steam. repeat till the batter lasts
  4. after the idli cools take a pan add oil , add sarso , curry leaves, turmeric and fry the idlis
  5. for chutney
  6. take coriander , add mint , salt , onion , tomatoes and grind your chutney is ready
  7. serve idlis with chutney

My Tip:

while frying the idlis if sauted till the idli becomes crunchy it would taste more nice
