ABOUT Potato popcorn RECIPE

We know popcorn is made from corn..but i try to made popcorn with boil potato.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Large size potato 3
  2. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  3. Rice powder 2 table spoon
  4. Salt testewise
  5. Chopped green chilli,coriander leaves as per teste
  6. White oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Peel of the skin of potato..boil and smash it
  2. Add gram flour,rice powder,jeera,salt,green chilli,coriander chopped..Mix all very well
  3. Heat oil
  4. Give shape from smash potato Mixture alike popcorn
  5. Deep fry
  6. Serve it with desire sause
