Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Curd 1/2 cup
  4. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  5. Onion 1/2 cup
  6. Capsicum 1/2 chopped
  7. Tomato 1/2 cup chopped
  8. WATER as required
  9. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take a sooji and curd mix well .Then rest 15 minutes
  2. Then add some water and chopped vegetables.
  3. Then take appampatr.
  4. Then add some oil
  5. And then after 30 seconds pour the batter.
  6. Then after two minutes flip side .
  7. Then roasted it both sides
  8. Sooji appe is ready
