Ingredients to make Homemade Ghee

  • malai 1 kg
  • water
  • Ice cubes
  • Few containers

How to make Homemade Ghee

  1. KEEP 1 KG MALAI IN REFRIGERATOR FOR OVERNIGHT.AFTER 10 HOURS BRING IT FROM REFRIGERATOR.
  2. TAKE A MIXER JAR,ADD MALAI
  3. ADD ALL MALAI INTO THE JAR
  4. ADD 1 GLASS OF WATER IN IT.
  5. COVER IT.
  6. BLEND IT FOR 1 MINUTE
  7. OPEN THIS,ADD FEW ICE CUBES IN IT.
  8. COVER IT.
  9. BLEND IT FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  10. OPEN THE LID,YOU FIND BUBBLES FLOATING ON THE TOP.
  11. BRING ONE BIG CONTAINER,POUR BUTTER AND MILK IN THIS FROM BLENDER JAR.
  12. ADD 2CUPS OF WATER OR FEW ICE CUBES TO SEPARATE THE BUTTER FROM MILK EASILY.
  13. LOOK BUTTER SEPARATE FROM THE MILK.
  14. COLECT BUTTER IN A KADAI.
  15. ON THE FLAME,MELT BUTTER ON LOW FLAME.
  16. KEEP STIRING.
  17. STIR IT PROPERLY
  18. AFTER 20 MINS,THE FOAM WILL SETTLE DOWN AND THE MIXTURE WILL START TURNING GOLDEN.OFF THE FLAME.
  19. COOL IT FOR 10 MINS AND FILTER THE GHEE FROM THE DARK BROWN MILK GRANULES IN GLASS JAR.GHEE IS READY
