Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sabudana / Tapioca - 2 cups
  2. Potatoes - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  3. Green chillies - 3 to 4
  4. Jeera seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Roasted Peanut crushed - 1/2 cup
  6. Oil - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Curry leaves - 1 stalk

Instructions

  1. Soak the sabudana for 5 hours. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds, potatoes and green chilies, kari leaves and fry for few minutes as soon as the potatoes are soft.
  3. Add sabudana and stir, then add peanut powder and stir for sometime. Keep stirring so that the sabudana does not stick to the bottom. Add salt and mix it well.
  4. Serve it with Spicy Curds/Yogurt Chutney.
