Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 katori sabudana (Soaked in water for 3-4 hour's)
  2. 4-5 medium sized potatoes (Boiled & peeled)
  3. 2-3 green chillies-chopped
  4. 2-3 dry red chillies whole
  5. Coriender seeds-1 tsp
  6. Fennal seeds-1tsp
  7. Cunin seeds-1tsp
  8. 1 katori corasly crushed peanuts
  9. Oil/ghee for tadka
  10. 5-6 Curry leaves optional
  11. Fresh Coriender-for garnishing
  12. Salt- as per taste
  13. Sugar-1.5 tbsp(can adjust as per ur taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 3tbsp oil/ghee in kadhahi
  2. Cut potatoes into big cubes
  3. Add coriender/Cumin & fennal seed, chopped green chillies & dry red chillies in oil & add cubed potatoes into this, let it cook for 2-3 min.
  4. Now add crushed peanuts, mix it well & wait for 2-3 mins.
  5. Now add Salt & sugar as per ur taste & add soaked sabudana , mix it well & let it cook for 5 min on slow flame.
  6. Now garnish with fresh coriender & serve with fresh raita.
