We use parwal as vegetable i try to make a sweet recipi by useing parwal

Ingredients to make Parwal sweet

  • Large size parwal 5/6
  • Milk 250 m.l.
  • Khoya kheer 150/200 gm
  • kaju,kishmish as per teste
  • water 1 ltr,suger 500 gm(for suger syrup)
  • Silver foil for gurnishing

How to make Parwal sweet

  1. Peel of the skin of parwal,and take out all the seeds
  2. Make suger syrup
  3. Now soak all parwal in suger syrup for 5/6 hours.and make it cool
  4. Put the parwal from it,and drainage all water
  5. Now soak kesar in it.
  6. Now grind khoya kheer
  7. Chopped kaju,kishmis
  8. Put that mixture in parwal
  9. After complete gurnish with silver foil on it
