About Pineapple kesari Recipe

Pineapple kesari is very simple and easy to do with real ripen pineapple. It has a real pineapple flavor and taste.

Pineapple kesari

Ingredients to make Pineapple kesari

  • Rava or semolina or sooji - 1 cup
  • sugar - 3/4 cup
  • ghee - 1/4 cup
  • pineapple - 1/2 CUP
  • cashew and Dry grapes - Few
  • cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  • yellow food color - Pinch (optional)
  • salt - A pinch
  • water - 3 cup

How to make Pineapple kesari

  1. Add 4 tsp of ghee to the pan
  2. Add 1 cup of Rava or semolina or sooji to the pan and roast until flavor comes. Transfer it into a pan.
  3. Take 1/2 cup pineapple and grind in a mixer jar as a paste
  4. Add 3 cup of water to a pan
  5. Add pineapple paste to the water
  6. when water starts to boil add roasted Rava or semolina or sooji. Mix well until water is completely dry.
  7. Add sugar and mix well
  8. Add cardamom powder and salt
  9. Roast cashews and dry grapes in ghee and add to the kesari. Mix well.
  10. Finally add remaining ghee and mix well. When kesari starts separated from pan switch off the pan.
