  1. Idli Rawa 3 Bowls
  2. Urad Dal 1 Bowl
  3. green chutney
  4. Pomagranate
  5. Strawberry
  6. Beat Juice
  7. Green grapes
  8. Kiwi


  1. First of all take idli rawa n wash it properly. Than take urad dal n wash it.properly. Soak both for 5 to 6 hours.
  2. After that drain the water n make a thin paste of idli rawa n.urad dal separately and then mix both mixture n put it for fermentation for over night or 5 to 6 hours. .
  3. Now make 3 parts of this mixture.one of its white part ,put some crushed garlic in it.
  4. In a second part put juice of strawberry,beet root and pomagranate.
  5. In a third part mix crushed kiwi fruit and green grapes juice.
  6. Now take evry one flavour's batter n steam it one by one in in big flat dish.
  7. After steaming is done.let it cool for 15 minutes.and than cut it with square shaped mould.all favoured idlis.
  8. After cutting this shapes take pink colour piece put some strawberry crush. And put white colour piece and press it properly.
  9. Now put green sauce and spread it properly and put green cut square piece on it.
  10. After all dis .decorate its upside with fruits shown in the picture. And" FRUITY IDLI SANDWICH " is ready !!!!....
