Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Triangle bread 2packs
  2. Butter 3spn
  3. For potato bhaji Boiled potatoes 4
  4. Onion 2
  5. tomatoes 2
  6. Jeera 1sp
  7. Garam Masala
  8. Red chilli powder 1sp
  9. Haldi 1/2sp
  10. Salt
  11. Coriander
  12. For veggies layer, 2onion, 2 capsicum chopped
  13. Salt
  14. Cheese 5cubes
  15. Green Chutney 1cup
  16. Chat masala 1sp
  17. Mayonnaise 1cup

Instructions

  1. Veg cheese
  2. For potato sabji, In a pan add oil jeera then onion cook for 3 min till onion become translucent
  3. Add tomatoes to it and cook for again 2 min
  4. Now add all spices, red chilli powder, haldi daniya powder, garam masala, salt
  5. Now add coriander
  6. Mix it properly
  7. Now add boiled mashed potatoes
  8. Bhaji is used for toast one layer
  9. Take bread stice
  10. Apply some butter and green chutney
  11. Put a layer of potato Bhaji on it
  12. Then place tomato and onion slice
  13. Place another slice of bread with butter and chutney coat,
  14. For second layer Chopped Onion and capsicumare mixed with salt. Use this mixture on second bread.
  15. Put mayonnaise on onion and Capsicum mixture
  16. Now put gratedcheese on it . Now cover with third slice, roast on yaea or griller
  17. Roast on slow gas, then apply butter and sprinkle chat masala
  18. Put lots of grated cheese on it, microwave for 30 sec till cheese melts
  19. Serve hot
