ABOUT Left over rice tikki RECIPE

With left over rice add bread slice and bread crumbs to make delicious tikki.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl of left over rice
  2. 2-3 bread slices
  3. 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  8. Few coriander leaves
  9. 1 onion, finely chopped
  10. 1/2 inch ginger piece, mashed
  11. 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in one bowl and make the dough. Then make any desired shape of tikkis and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. After this time, deep fry these tikkis in hot oil.
  3. Serve them hot with chutney or sauce.
