Potato Patty Roasty

Ingredients to make Potato Patty Roasty

  • Thickly grated potatoes 3
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Finely chopped green chilies 1
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1 tsp
  • Grated ginger 1 tsp
  • Broccoli 1/2 cup
  • Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  • capsicum strips for decoration
  • tomato fan for decoration

How to make Potato Patty Roasty

  1. Mix the grated potatoes with oil, salt, green chili, coriander leaves, grated ginger and onion all together in a bowl.
  2. In a grilled non-stick pan, heat 1 tsp of oil and spread a ladleful of mixture in a round shape.
  3. Cook both the sides till they turn light brown in color.
  4. On it spread broccoli and grated cheese and fold it. Cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Remove it in a plate and decorate it with capsicum strips and tomato fan.
  6. Serve it hot with chutney.
