  1. for making falooda
  2. 1 and half cup water
  3. half cup cornflour
  4. 2 tbsp sugar
  5. for ice cream
  6. 500 litres full fat milk
  7. powdered milk 2 full spons
  8. cardamom or elaichi 5 pieces
  9. for serving
  10. crushed ice as your choice
  11. milk with sugar mixed
  12. roohafza 4 spoons
  13. for garnishing
  14. roohafsa 1 tbsp
  15. kishmish or raisins or any dry fruit as per your choice


  1. for falooda
  2. take a non stick pan add water, cornflour, sugar and keep stirring till it becomes glossy and changes its colour
  3. once the mixture gets ready add it to a squeezer bottle and squeeze out thin strips while doing this you have to take a bowl with cold water and ice cubes and squeeze into that keep in refrigirator
  4. for icecream
  5. take a bowl add milk , milk powder , elaichi and sugar and boil till its half after it becomes cool keep in freezer to set for 2 hours stir in between
  6. now after everything is ready take a serving glass and crushed ice , falooda , roohafza, milk, and pour icecream on the top
  7. garnish with roohfza and raisins
  8. serve chilled
