  1. BLACK GRAM OR KALE CHANE 300 GMS
  2. MOONG DAAL GREEN 500 GMS
  3. GARAM MASALA 1 TBSP
  4. KITCHKEN KING 1 TBSP
  5. RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
  6. OIL 2 SPOONS
  7. JEERA 1 TBSP
  8. FOR GARNISHING FINALY CHOPPED TOMATOES
  9. LEMON JUICE 1 SPOON
  10. CHAAT MASALA 1 TBSP
  11. CORIANDER
  12. GREEN CHILLIES

Instructions

  1. SOK THE GRAM AND DAAL OVERNIGHT
  2. IN THE MORNING WASH THEM AND KEEP IN A MUSLIN CLOTH FOR A DAY
  3. THE NEXT DAY YOU SEE THE SPROUTS WOULD COME OUT
  4. TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER ADD OIL , JEERA , SPROUTED CHANA AND DAAL , ADD AL THE MASALAS AND ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER AND WHISTLE THEM UNTIL COOKED
  5. AFTER COOKED TAKE A PLATE ADD THE COOKED SPROUTS , GARNISH WITH TOMATOES , CORIANDER LEMON JUICE , GREEN CHILLIES , AND CHAAT MASALA
