Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potatoes - 2 (large)
  2. Prawn - 100 grams
  3. Grated cheese - 1/4 cup
  4. Grated Paneer - 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
  6. Chopped corriander - 2 tablespoon
  7. Pepper powder - 2 teaspoon
  8. Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
  9. Paprika - 1 tablespoon
  10. Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
  11. Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Clean the prawns and cook with water some chilli powder and salt
  2. Boil the potatoes and slice each potatoes in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out the flesh using a spoon leaving about 1/4 inch intact.
  4. Add grated paneer, cheese, prawns, chilli powder, paprika, mayonnaise, tomato sauce chopped corriander and salt in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  5. To that add the flesh of the potatoes which was scooped out.
  6. Heat enough oil in a pan and fried out the potato boats.
  7. Now fill up the potato boats with the prepared stuffing. Add some grated cheese at the top.
  8. Baked the potato boats in preheated oven on 200 ° for about ten minutes. Drizzle tomato ketchup on it and enjoy its every bite..
