ABOUT Dragon yogurt smoothie RECIPE

This smoothie is a mix of dragon fruit , yogurt and honey . Dragon fruit is a super food with loads of goodness . Dragon fruits have a surprising number of phytonutrients. Rich in antioxidants, they contain vitamin C (equivalent to 10 percent of the daily value), polyunsaturated (good) fatty acids, and several B vitamins for carbohydrate metabolism, as well as carotene and protein. This fruit blended along with fresh yogurt proves the best energy , chilling , refreshing drink during fasting and summer seasons .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One whole dragon fruit .
  2. Fresh curd 200grams
  3. Water 1/4 glass
  4. Honey as taste .

Instructions

  1. Get ready with the necessary ingredients .
  2. Wash the fruit . Cut into two halves . Scoop out the flesh of the fruit . In a blender , add the scooped flesh of the fruit .
  3. Add 200 grams yoghurt to the blender .
  4. Add water and blend all together into a smooth smoothie .
  5. This is the consistency . Should be of pouring consistency and needn’t be too watery .
  6. Now transfer the smoothie into the serving glasses .
  7. Drizzle honey generously on top of the smoothie .
  8. Drizzle honey generously on top of the smoothie . Adjust sweetness as per your taste .
  9. Chill chill dragon yogurt smoothie is ready .
