Ingredients to make Navadhanya fry

  • cashew 10 gms
  • Dry green peas 10 gm
  • Bengal gram 10 gm
  • Ground nut 10 gm
  • green gram 10 gm
  • curry leaves
  • Brown gram 10 gm
  • Kismis 5 gm
  • chilly powder 2 teaspoon
  • Chat masala 3 teaspoon
  • salt
  • oil for frying

How to make Navadhanya fry

  1. Soak Bengal gram for 6 hours
  2. Soak brown gram for 6 hours
  3. Soak green gram for 4 hours
  4. Soak dry green peas for 6 hours
  5. Drain water from all and dry in a cloth
  6. Fry in hot oil in low flame till crispy each separately
  7. Fry other ingredients also till crispy
  8. In a kitchen tissue spread fried items to drain excess oil
  9. Sprinkle salt chilly powder and chat masala
