A twisted recipe of dosa cooked in my style.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl of left over rice
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1 ripe banana
  4. 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  5. Butter or ghee/oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Add 3 bowls of water in left over rice and grind it in the grinder. Add 1 spoon of butter as well while grinding it.
  2. Then add a little salt and make the dosa on a flat tawa like rava dosa with oil, butter or ghee. Make on one side only.
  3. Garnish with banana pieces and chocolate sauce to enjoy!
