ABOUT MANGO KULFI RECIPE

This kulfi is perfect for navratri and its beat the heat in summer

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 big mango
  2. 1 liter milk
  3. 1 tspn cardamom powder
  4. 1 tblspn chopped cashewnut
  5. 1 tblspn chopped pistachios
  6. 1 tblspn chopped almonds
  7. 1/4 th cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan to make rabri for 15 min in medium flame
  2. Stir milk continuously and scrap from side by side to make rabri
  3. Now add sugar and chopped nuts
  4. Now add cardamom powder
  5. When it thickens switch off the gas and keep it for cool
  6. Now take a hard mango
  7. Remove seed with the help of knife
  8. Now fill rabri in mango
  9. Freezered for 1 day in freezer
  10. Next day peel mango n cut in slice
  11. Serve chill
