Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Urad dal 2 cups
  2. Salt as required
  3. Water as required
  4. Ghee

Instructions

  1. Soak urad dal for 3 hours and after that grind into fluffy paste but not like.idli batter
  2. Add salt to it
  3. Take idli cooker ,apply ghee not to stick to idli plates n make round balls add to plates n press to get round discs
  4. I added in a bowl so it was round shape
