ABOUT Roasted Beetroot Lassi RECIPE

A beautiful , refreshing, pink , cooler drink which beats the hot summer

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 medium sized beetroot (roasted & cut into cubes)
  2. 1½ cups yogurt/ curd
  3. ¼ cup full fat milk
  4. 3 to 4 tablespoons honey
  5. A pinch of cardamom powder (elaichi)
  6. 4 to 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel the skin. Roast the beetroot. Cut into cubes
  2. In a blender, add all the ingredients given.
  3. Blend well for 40 sec
  4. Serve chilled in a glass
