Ingredients to make Green garlic leaves chilla

  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1 Cups chopped green garlic leaves
  • 1 Tbsp cumin seed powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • salt to test
  • 1/2 Carom seed
  • 1 tbsp green chili pest
  • oil

How to make Green garlic leaves chilla

  1. BLEND THE GREEN GARLIC LEAVES IN BLENDER TILL SMOOTH AND KEEP ASIDE
  2. BLEND THE GREEN CHILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVES IN A BLENDER
  3. TAKE 2 CUP RICE FLOUR AND GREEN GARLIC LEAVES PEAST IN MIXING BLOWS
  4. ADD THE GREEN CHILLI
  5. ADD THE CHILI POWDER CUMIN SEEDS POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER AND CAROM SEEDS SALT AND MIX WELL
  6. ADD 1/2 WATER WITH A WIRED WHISK BEGING TO MIX EVERTHING IF THE BATTER LOOKS THICK THEN ADD 1 TO 3 TBSP MORE WATER
  7. HEAT A FLAT PAN ON A LOW FLAME SPRINK SOME OIL ON PAN
  8. SPOONFUL OF BATTER AND SPREAT ROUND CHILLA
  9. LET THE PAN BECOME MEDIUM HOT THEN TAKE A LADLE FULL OF THE BATTER AND POUR ON THE PAN
  10. COOK USING OIL FORM BOTH THE OTHER SIDES
  11. Serve hot green garlic chilla
