Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2small Raw banana,
  2. 2 medium potatoes,
  3. 1/4 cup anu vrat flour,
  4. 1tsp red chili powder
  5. ,1 tsp dried mint leaves crushed,
  6. Rock salt,
  7. 3-4tsp oil to cook cutlets

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the bananas and potatoes cook them for about 3 whistles.
  2. Peel potatoes and bananas transfer it to a big bowl.
  3. Mash potatoes and banana with a fork stir in all the spices add vrat flour mix until combined.
  4. Grease your hands and shape cutlets.
  5. Heat a heavy bottom pan add 2-4 tbsp oil add cutlets to it cook cutlets for 8-10 minutes on low flame
  6. Until evenly browned on both sides.
  7. Serve with vrat green chutney
