  1. 1 cup chopped Raw Mangoes
  2. 1/4 cup of sugar
  3. 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. TAKE A WASHED RAW MANGO AND CUT THE EDGES
  2. REMOVE THE SEEDS
  3. CHOPP FINELY
  4. TRANSFER THE BOWL
  5. CHOPPED RAW MANGOES WITH SKIN, IF YOUR WISH REMOVE THE SKINS
  6. HEAT A PAN ADD RAW MANGOES AND ADD 1/2 CUP WATER
  7. BOIL FOR 15-20 MINUTES UNTIL MASHY
  8. AFTER 15 MINUTES USE MASHER AND MASH WELL
  9. ADD 1/4 TEASPOON OF TURMERIC POWDER
  10. ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR
  11. MIX WELL
  12. COOK FOR UNTIL NONSTICKY CONSISTENCY
  13. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND TRANSFER THE BOWL
