ABOUT Sandwich samosa RECIPE

Moong Dal and peas potato Sandwich is a unique recipe that you can easily make at home! This sandwich recipe is a must try dish if you want to try something different and delicious. Healthy and tasty, this snack recipe is extremely easy-to-make! It is perfect for the kids to have a mouth watering tiffin snack and tea time to reduce their tiredness in the school .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 bread slices
  2. 2 tsp butter / ghee for spreading
  3. 2 tsp butter / ghee for cooking
  4. Stuffing: 1/2 cup chopped onions
  5. 2 boiled potatoes ( peeled,mashed)
  6. 2 tsp finely chopped coriender
  7. 1/2 tsp chilli pwr
  8. 1/2 tsp coriender pwr
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds pwr
  10. 2 green chilli chopped
  11. 1 inch ginger piece chopped
  12. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  13. 1 tbsp boiled moong dal
  14. 1 tbsp boiled peas
  15. 1 /2 cup tomato ketchup
  16. 1/2 tsp salt
  17. 1/2 cup green coriender chutney

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add mashed potatoes,green chilli add onions ,peas ( boiled) moong dal (boiled) ginger ,coriender leaves and 1/2 tsp salt mix it well.
  2. Add green chutney ,chat masala and red chilli pwr again mix. All the ingredients well now the filling is ready.
  3. Take 2 slices of bread & cut its edges and with a help of a small steel bowl give a round shape to the slice.
  4. First put sauce on the bread then add the stuffing on the bread.
  5. Add ghee/ butter on the griddle ( tawa) and toast the bread both sides to give brown colour and crisp
  6. Cut the slices from the middle and add green chutney from the the edges and roll it in bhujia and then serve it hot and spicy sandwich samosa.
