ABOUT Taco of left over paratha RECIPE

Put oil on a tawa and make crispy left over paratha on a slow flame. Then turn in between and let it cool. It will be crispy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5/6 left over paratha
  2. 1 baked beans tin
  3. 1 cheese cube
  4. 1/2 cup cabbage
  5. 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  6. 1 onion, chopped finely
  7. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  8. 1 tsp oregano
  9. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  10. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  11. Oil to shallow fry or butter

Instructions

  1. First make the crispy left over paratha on a tawa by pressing with a cloth in butter or oil (very little).
  2. Turn from between and let it cool.
  3. Now apply mayonnaise, stuff baked beans and stuff the cabbage, onion, capsicum, tomatoes and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
  4. Bake it in an oven or tawa carefully.
  5. Grate alot of cheese on top and it is ready to be served.
