Ingredients to make Suji Tikki fry

  • Suji 1/4 kg or one bowl
  • capcicum 1
  • sprouts mug or green peas
  • carrot 1
  • brokoli
  • coriender
  • tumeric as u requird
  • salt
  • chilli fleks 1/2 tbsp
  • coriender 1/2 tbsp
  • oli

How to make Suji Tikki fry

  1. cut all vegis
  2. add sprouts in vegatable
  3. put in glass of water for boli
  4. add salt 1/ tbsp
  5. add vegitable to cook well
  6. also add suji...mix it well..
  7. cook slow flem while stirring continouasly it become a thik.
  8. swith of the gas
  9. greas a plate ...using 1/2tbsp oli..
  10. sprade all pirtion using spatula on plate
  11. while it will cook cut small peases or give any shape..
  12. and deep fry in kadhai
  13. and ready to surv ..with tomato souse mayonese or .green chatani..
