Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. hung curd 1cup
  2. cottage cheese 500gm
  3. onion -2 diced
  4. bell peppers-2diced
  5. tomatoes-2 diced
  6. ginger&garlic paste 4tsp each
  7. salt to taste
  8. degi mirch 2-3 tsp
  9. tandoori masala 1tsp
  10. jeera powder 1tsp
  11. haldi powder 1/2tsp
  12. oil 1tsp
  13. chat masala -2 tsp
  14. kitchen king -1 tsp
  15. lemon juice -1 tsp
  16. roasted besan / cornflour -1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly we have to prepare hung curd
  2. To hung curd put all the masalas other than vegetables
  3. now put all the vegetables and mix well
  4. keep aside for atleast 30 mins if you have less time .otherwise keep in fridge for 1-2hrs
  5. preheat oven for 10mins at 250c
  6. now put paneer nd other vegetables in skweres and put in oven at 180c for 10-12 mins
  7. serve with mint chutney
