The drumstick leaves add a wonderful flavour to this simple fried rice dish. This dish is simple to cook and is a perfect accomplice for your lunch box.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 cups - Cooked rice
  2. 1/4 cup - Carrots (chopped)
  3. 1/2 cup - Capsicum (chopped)
  4. 1 cup - Drum stick leaves
  5. 2 tablespoon - green chilly sauce
  6. 2 tablespoon - Soya sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon - Tomato Ketchup
  8. Salt to taste


  1. Heat oil in a wok or pan and put in the chopped carrots, drumstick leaves and cook this for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Next add in the ingredients, chopped capsicum, soya sauce, ketchup, green chilly sauce to the pan and saute this for a few seconds.
  3. Soon after the sauteing is done, quickly toss in the cooked rice and salt, then gently mix everything together.
  4. Serve hot instantly!
