Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Quinoa Pre-washed 1/2 cup
  2. Water 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper to taste
  5. Lime Juice 1 tsp
  6. Green onion 1
  7. Baby Carrot 4-5 Diced
  8. Celery sticks 1
  9. Olive oil 1 tsp
  10. Almond soaked and peeled 5-6
  11. Golden Raisins 4-5

Instructions

  1. In a pot, add quinoa and water. Once its boiled cover it with a lid.
  2. Turn the heat to low, the quinoa takes 10-15 mins. Once it's cooked and fluffy, leave it for 5 more mins.
  3. After 5 mins, open the lid, add the olive oil, salt, lime juice, black pepper, all the veggies, almonds and raisins. Mix it properly.
  4. Serve it instantly.
