Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pasta tubes 200 gms
  2. Gram flour 3 table spoons
  3. Raw Rice flour 1 table spoon
  4. Red chilli Powder 1 tea spoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Any left over snacks like bhujia, kara boondhi , sev or mixture 2 table spoons (optional)
  7. Finely chopped onions 1
  8. Grated carrot 1 table spoon
  9. Puffed Rice 1 cup
  10. Lemon juice 2 tea spoons
  11. Corinader leaves

Instructions

  1. In surplus water boil the pasta tubes till they become half boiled adding few drops of oil and salt.
  2. Drain the water out and place the boiled ones in a strainer
  3. Add the flours, chilli powder, salt and mix well. Deep fry in oil to golden brown and store in air tight box.
  4. Just before serving add all other items like sev, kara boondhi, corinader, puffed rice, onions, carrots and lemon juice to the fried pastas, mix well and serve.
