- 1 cup mix of , tuver dal and moong dal
- 1/4 cup kansaar/fine cracked
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 small - cut in small pieces
- 2 - grated
- 1 cup
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- 1 tbsp
- Salt and powder- to taste
- 1 tsp powder
- 2 tsp dhaniya- powder
- to grease the steamer trays
- Methi leaves/ peas/ garlic/ spinach/ bed beetroot - optional additions
How to make Kobi Gajar na Muthia
