Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha 1 cup
  2. Salt
  3. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Onion chopped 1
  6. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Groundnuts 1 tbsp
  8. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  9. Bengal gram 1 tbsp
  10. Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak poha for 2 minutes in water and after dat sequeeze out water and keep a side
  2. Now take a pan add oil add mustard seeds ,bengal gram,fry them
  3. Then add onion,green chilli and fry then and add required salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder
  4. Then add poha and fry for 2 minutes and finally add groundnuts and mix and done
