Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Rice flour 2 cups
  2. Sanaga pindi 1 cup
  3. Oil.as required
  4. Vaamu /tymol seeds 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Butter /ghee 1/4 cup
  8. Cooking tool for karam posa

Instructions

  1. Make vaamu as powder
  2. Now add rice and senaga pindi flour with salt and mix well
  3. Now add vaamu,butter/ghee and mix well
  4. Make it as dough with water not as paste it should be with medium thickness
  5. Heat oil.and make dough as small quantity keep in cokking tool/chakarala gidda and add to oil by pressing it and fry it
