ABOUT EASY NOODLES PIZZA ( NO BAKING) RECIPE

This is so easy breakfast for kids , no need of oven and you can make in tawa itself. The main advantage is you can hide any vegetables under the cheese and kids will not find out whats hiding there.This is one better way to make them eat vegs

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Plain noodles – 1 pc ( 200 gms).
  2. Onion – 1 no ( medium sized ).
  3. Tomato – 1 no ( medium sized).
  4. Carrot – 1/2 no.
  5. Capsicum – 1/2 no.
  6. Eggs – 2 nos.
  7. Pepper or pizza toppings – 1/4 tsp.
  8. Tomato ketchup – 2 tsp.
  9. Salt – 1 tsp.
  10. Oil – 2 tsp.

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables to tiny pieces.Grate cheese and carrot.
  2. Boil 5 cups of water,salt in a wide vessel .when water reaches boiling temperature add noodles and let it boil for 1 more minute.
  3. Switch off the flame and close the vessel for few more mins till the noodles boiled soft .
  4. Using strainer drain the water completely from noodles and rinse with cold running water ( this is done to prevent noodles from over cooking and forming mushy).
  5. Let the noodles rest in strainer till the water drains completely,This may take 5 mins. Then add two eggs to noodles and mix well.
  6. Heat oil in a wide pan and add the noodles ( press it slightly to form round shape).
  7. Heat in medium flame for 5 mins till noddles turn to light brown at the bottom.
  8. Now carefully flip the noodles to next side and spread tomato ketchup ,grated cheese , chopped vegs .
  9. Close the pan and cook in low flame for 7 mins or more till the cheese is melted completely and edges of noodles turn brown.
  10. Remove from pan and top with pepper powder or pizza toppings and serve hot.
