Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower pieces 1 cup
  2. Corn flour 4 teaspoon
  3. Maida 3 teaspoon
  4. Rice flour 1 teaspoon
  5. Sooji 3/4 teaspoon
  6. Lemon juice 1.5 teaspoon
  7. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  8. Chilly powder 3 teaspoon
  9. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt
  11. Curry leaves
  12. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Green chilly 2 numbers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add corn flour, Maida, rice flour,sooji,lemon juice, garam masala, chilly powder,ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and add water to make baji like batter
  2. Dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter and deep fry it till crispy
