This recipie is medicinal recipie..this oregano is good for cold and cough.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oregano leaves-5-6
  2. Roasted bengal gram flour-1/2cup
  3. Baking soda-a pinch
  4. Salt-to taste
  5. Asafoetida-1/2tsp
  6. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  7. Oil-for frying
  8. Water-for batter

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash oregano leaves well
  2. In a pan add roasted bengal gram flour and other ingredients except oil and water
  3. Add required water and form the consistency of bajji batter.
  4. Dip each oregano leaves in batter and deep fry in hot oil
  5. Serve hot
  6. Select bigger oregano leaves for fritters
