Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana 1/2 cup
  2. Potato salli 1/2 cup
  3. Peanuts 1/4 cup
  4. Green chilli slit 6-8
  5. Cashew nuts 8-10 piece
  6. Curry leaves 8-10
  7. Sindha namak to taste
  8. Powder sugar 1/2tsp
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Fry all ingrediens sabudana,potato salli,peanuts,green chilli slit,cashew nuts and curry leaves one by one.
  3. Drain all on the absorbent paper.
  4. Rest it for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Now bring a big bowl,add all fried things into the bowl.
  6. Add salt and powder sugar,mix it well.
  7. Store in a air tight container and serve with tea.
