Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bottle gourd grated n boiled 1cup
  2. Clarified butter 1tsp
  3. Milk 1kg
  4. sugar 1/3 cup
  5. Rose water 2drop
  6. Milk powder 1cup
  7. INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE
  8. water chestnut flour (singade ka aata) 1/3 cup
  9. Sama rice flour 1/2 cup
  10. curd 1cup
  11. sugar 1/3 cup
  12. Rose water 2drop
  13. Milk powder 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a wok
  2. Add Clarified butter in it..
  3. Then all boiled bottle gourd in it..
  4. N cook it for 5mins
  5. Then add milk in it n cook it on slow flame.
  6. Then add sugar,milk powder,rose water in it..n cook it til it become half..
  7. Halwa is ready
  8. For cake..
  9. Take a bowl
  10. Add sama flour,n water chestnut flour n mix it well
  11. Then add Curd,sugar,rose water n milk powder in it n mix it well n make fine batter
  12. Then preheat oven for 10minutes
  13. Then grease cake mould with clarified butter (ghee)
  14. Put all batter in it..
  15. Bake it on 180% for 15 minutes
  16. Let it cool
  17. Then take a wet cloth N put cake on it n roll it
  18. After 5minutes open it n spread bottle gourd halwa on it..
  19. Then again roll it..
  20. N ref regrate it for 1hour..
  21. N cut pieces n serve it..
