Hakka noodles

Ingredients to make Hakka noodles

  • Hakka noodles 2 packets
  • carrot 1/4 cup
  • capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Beans 4 numbers
  • Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  • chilly sauce 1 tablespoon
  • tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
  • pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt
  • oil
  • onion 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

How to make Hakka noodles

  1. In a big bowl add water to boil
  2. When boiled add 1 tablespoon oil and some salt
  3. Add noodles and cook
  4. When cooked drain and wash in running water
  5. In a pan add oil and saute onion ginger garlic paste
  6. Add vegetables and saute for 2 minutes
  7. Add all sauces and salt and saute for 2 minutes
  8. Add noodles and mix well
  9. Sprinkle pepper powder
  10. Serve hot
