Aam-pudina chutney

Ingredients to make Aam-pudina chutney

  • Green mango/ kairi
  • green chilly
  • pudina/mint leaves
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • sugar
  • oil
  • Yellow mustard seed
  • Dried red chilly

How to make Aam-pudina chutney

  1. Peel and cut mango into cubes, clean the pudina leaves bunch and break each leaf seperating the stem aside
  2. Add the cut mango, pudina leaves, green chilly, sugar and salt in the blender
  3. Blend to a smooth past and por in a bowl
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well
  5. Take a tadka pan add 2 drops of oil let the oil heat and now add red chilly and yellow mustard seed
  6. Add the tadka to the bowl of paste
  7. Service with chilla/pakoda OR just have with hot rice dal and sabzi. Goes well with every indian food

My Tip:

Use fresh pudina and khatta green mango
