Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 egg
  2. chopped tomatoes - 1 tablespoon
  3. green chillies chopped - 1
  4. Few coriander leaves
  5. Pinch of red chilli powder
  6. oil for frying
  7. chopped onion - 1 tablespoon
  8. sliced olives - 2
  9. Pinch of grated ginger
  10. small quantity of grated cheese
  11. chopped capsicum - 1
  12. salt to taste


  1. Take a nonstick tawa add oil, then add green chilli. Add onion, capsicum and a pinch of grated ginger and salt fry for 1 minute.
  2. Then spread this in a round shape on tawa, then slowly pour egg, giving it a round shape. Fry it on low flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Then take off from tawa and place it on a plate. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum and coriander leaves on it.
  4. Than keep slices of olives as shown in the image and finally sprinkle little red chilli powder and grated cheese on it or garnish as you desire.
  5. Yummy pizza style omelette is ready to serve.
