Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated carrot-1 cup
  2. Milk- half cup
  3. Sugar-half cup or extra to your taste
  4. Cardamom-3
  5. Ghee-3-4 tblspn
  6. Dry fruits
  7. Salt-a pinch

Instructions

  1. TAKE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT A PAN AND POUR 2TBLSPN GHEE AND HEAT IT
  3. WHEN IT HEATS ADD DRY FRUITS AND SAUTE IT
  4. TOAST IT WELL
  5. ADD GRATED CARROT AND PINCH OF SALT
  6. SAUTE THIS FOR 10 MINS
  7. WHEN RAW SMELL WENT ADD CRUSHED OR POWDERED CARDAMOM
  8. NEXT ADD MILK AND MIX THIS FOR 5-10 MINS
  9. WHEN BUBBLES COMES OUT ADD SUGAR AND BLEND IT WELL
  10. WHEN IT LEAVES THE SIDES AND THICKEN ADD 2 SPOON GHEE AND TRANSFR IT TO PLATE, GARNISH AND SERVE
  11. PERFECT HALWA IS READY TO SERVE
