Avocado Ice cream with Honey Cavier

ABOUT Avocado Ice cream with Honey Cavier RECIPE

Had seen these honey cavier when I was on holiday and it was on my to do list.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 ripe Avacados
  2. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  3. 3/4 can condense milk
  4. 2 cups cream
  5. FOR HONEY CAVIERS
  6. 1/3 cup water
  7. 1/2 cup Honey
  8. 2 grms agar agar pwdr
  9. Non flavour oil 2 cups very cold
  10. Cold water

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado remove the pit and scoop the flesh
  2. Add the lemon juice
  3. Take the cream add the condense milk and Avacados and whisk
  4. Use a electric blender to whisk
  5. Once it's all creamy , Transfer in a box
  6. Cover with cling wrap ,close the lid and refrigrate
  7. 6 hrs minimum
  8. FOR THE HONEY CAVIER
  9. Put the oil in the fridge
  10. Remove in a bowl
  11. Mix honey, water and agar agar in a sauce pan
  12. When it starts to thicken ,close the stove
  13. Let it cool a bit
  14. Fill the honey mix in a dropper and drop 1 drop at a time in the cold oil
  15. The honey pearls will go down the oil and form pearls.
  16. Stir the cavier
  17. Let it sit for sometime and with a slotted spatula remove the cavier
  18. They are fragile so handle with care
  19. SERVE
  20. Neatly scoop the Avacado Ice cream
  21. Add the honey cavier
  22. Serve
