It is a classic Spanish dish is very versatile and quick

Spanish Omelette

Ingredients to make Spanish Omelette

  • egg 1piece
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • garlic chopped 1pod
  • onion 1/4th cup chopped
  • Cooking oil 2tbsp
  • tomato 1piece
  • salt 2pinches
  • cilantro few bunches
  • Oregano (optional)
  • chilli 1piece chopped

How to make Spanish Omelette

  1. Ingredients
  2. Chopped onion and garlic
  3. Chopped veggies
  4. In a frying pan pour oil and fry the boiled potatoes
  5. Now add onion and garlic saute for few mins
  6. Add chopped tomatoes chillies and sprinkle some salt
  7. Beat one egg with cilantro and sprinkle some salt
  8. Pour in the kadai
  9. Sprinkle oregano (optional)
  10. Cook for 2 to 3mins covered
  11. Take out the fried side on a plate
  12. Fry the other side for 2mins
  13. Ready to be served

My Tip:

Cook the omelette covered to get the both side cooked easily,it will take less time to cook the other side.
