Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 tin condensed milk
  2. 200 ml Heavy whipping cream
  3. 1/2 cup Grated Khoya
  4. Cardamom powder a pinch or to taste
  5. Milk 1/4 cup (few saffron strands infused)
  6. Almonds(Soaked and peeled ) slvered as much as you like
  7. Kulfi moulds or any dish u like
  8. Saffron strands
  9. Silvered Almonds

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl add condensed milk, heavy whipping cream and Khoya mix properly.
  2. Add milk cardamom powder and silvered almond, pour in a mould. Keep in freezer to set for atleast 6-8 hrs or Overnight,
  3. Demould your Kulfi and garnish with safforon. Serve and enjoy!!
