Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Three cups flattened rice(poha)
  2. One cup dry fruits (almond,kaju,kismis,charoli,melonseeds)
  3. Half cup coconut strips
  4. One cup shredded potato chips
  5. One two tsp peanuts
  6. One cup oil
  7. Salt
  8. Turmeric powder
  9. Amchur powder

Instructions

  1. HEAT PAN ,ADD 3 TBSP OIL..ADD 1/2 CUP MELON SEEDS N CHAROLI N FRY.REMOVE THE SEEDS ASIDE
  2. FRY ONE CUP ALMONDS,KAJU,KISMIS,PEANUTS,DRY COCONUT PIECES TILL BROWN N KEEP ASIDE
  3. FRY POTATO STICKS IN THE SAME OIL N KEEP ASIDE..NOW SLOWLY ROAST THIN POHA IN OVEN FOR 5 TO 7 MINS
  4. ADD TURMERIC ,SALT,AMCHUR POWDER N MIX WELL WHEN HOT ITSELF.
